How to work with sticky notes?

As shown above in the summary, sticky notes are not tag-related. Tags have a different function. Still, a sticky note is the simplest way to attach information to any link. How?

On the Manage URLs page, you'll discover a note icon next to each link. Click to edit.
When a sticky note contains data, this icon turns black. Place your mouse over it to display content.
Note: There's a 255-character limit for any single note.
Use the search function on the "Manage URLs" page to find sticky notes.
